You can receive up to $2.00 off your bill each and every month with our EasyPay and eBill. When you sign up for automatic payments from your checking or savings account you will receive a $1.00 credit each month. When you sign up for paperless billing with eBill you will receive a $1.00 credit each month. When doing both the EasyPay and eBill you receive $2.00 credit each and every month you are signed up!
To create a new online account with Heart of Iowa go to www.heartofiowa.coop- From the menu bar, select “My Account”. On the screen, My Account in the “Quick Links” box choose “Set Up My Account”.
You will then see the “1. Login In” screen. Choose don’t have an account? Register Here- New screen
Enter the “Invoice Number” from your MOST RECENT Heart of Iowa invoice. Next, enter your current “Amount Due”. After completing both fields click the “Continue” button.
You will now see Step 2: User Registration. Complete the required information fields, then click “create login”. An “Account Created Successfully” message will appear. You will then receive an email shortly with a confirmation link message. Once you have received your email, you will be required to connect with the link and click the “Confirm” button in order to complete the one-time registration process. Then click “Log In”. Enter your Username and Password and click the “Log In” button.
Next click on “Pay Bill”, located above “My Account. Then click the “Recurring Payment” option. Select the “AutoPay from my Bank Account” option. Complete all required information, select a date ranging from the 5th thru the 25th of the month that you would like your Heart of Iowa payment to be automatically debited from your checking or savings account, and click “Submit”. You will then see “You have successfully enrolled in AutoPay”. *Special Note- $1.00 monthly discount does not apply to members who select the “AutoPay from my credit or debit card” option.
You will now receive a $2.00 credit each and every month! You will receive an email notification each month when your current bill is available for your review. You will no longer receive your bill in the mail. You can simply review your charges online, and print your own copy if you would like. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your account on the date that you have specified with EasyPay.
