Here is how it works!

*  Be sure to have your most recent Heart of Iowa Communications bill available for reference before starting the sign-up process.

1. Click on the "If you're not Registered, Sign Up!" button above.
2. A Create Account page will be displayed.  Complete all required information (be sure to enter your last invoice # and the amount of your last bill), then click on the "Create Log in" button.
3. You will then see a "Account created successfully" message. You will receive an email shortly with a confirmation link message.  Once you have received your email, you MUST click on the provided link and click the "Confirm" button in order to complete the one time registration process and to activate your account.
4. Then click "Log In - Go to the Log In page".  Enter your selected username and password and click the "Log In" button.
5. Yoy will now see your Invoice Overview page.  At the left side of the page located in the boxed column, click on "Manage Account", then click on "Invoice preference."  You must select the "Web bill only" option to receive your $1.00 monthly eBill credit.  Then click the "Change preference" button.
6. You will receive on more bill by mail.  After that time you will receive an email notification each month when your current bill is available for your review and payment.

Send a check or pay in person at any of our four convenient locations. A payment drop box is available at each office for after hours payments.

Heart of Iowa Communications also has payment locations at Farmers Savings Bank in Green Mountain and Hardin County Savings Bank in Liscomb.

Here's how.  For an additional $1.00 savings per month, plus true convenience, sign up for EasyPay!  With Heart of Iowa Communications' EasyPay your monthly bill is automatically debited from your checking or savings account for the exact amount of each monthly bill. The debit can be scheduled on any day between the 5th and the 25th of the month. 

Simply follow these steps to sign up for Heart of Iowa Communications' EasyPay...

1. Click on the "I am REGISTERED with Heart of Iowa eBill" button above.
2. Enter your username and password and click the "Log in" button.
3. You will now see your Invoice Overview page.  At the left side of the page located in the boxed column,click on "Pay bill", then click on th e"Recurring payment" option.
4. Select the "AutoPay from my Bank Account" option.
5. Select withdraw from: Savings or Checking, then enter your bank account and bank routing numbers.  Then select any date ranging from the 5th to the 25th of the month from the drop down menu. Click the "Submit" button to complete this process.
   *Special Note- $1.00 monthly discount does not apply to customers who select the"AutoPay from my credit or debit card" option.

You will now receive a $2.00 credit each and every month with eBill and EasyPay!  You will receive an email notification with eBill each month when your current bill is available for your review.  You will no longer receive your bill in the mail, you can simply review your charges online, and print your own copy if you would like.  Your payment will then be automatically deducted from your account on the date that you have specified with EasyPay.
